The Initiative

“Brave, Strong Girls is a series from cuteheads that aims to shine the spotlight on special girls who have faced challenges in their young lives and continue to be examples to their friends and strangers alike. Through this series, we hope to show that different is beautiful and that the things that make us unique make us special.

Each girl will have a special dress designed and named for her and a photoshoot just for her. Dresses will be sold at and all the profits from the sales of these dresses will be donated to the charity of the mother’s choice. “

the objective

cuteheads was growing through word of mouth and in person pop up shops, but was struggling to grow online.

cuteheads had been trying to grow online by using PR and Facebook™ ads, but neither was proving profitable.

We were brought in to support the online growth of cuteheads.

We used our proprietary Customer Conscious marketing strategy to help cuteheads see more results in 8 months than in the past 5 years — combined.

Before rolling out any new Facebook ad campaigns, we conducted an in-depth audit of cuteheads: FB ad account, Google Analytics, Shopify, Mailchimp, site load speeds, FB pixel performance — the whole nine!

We also had a secret shopper shop the site so that we could spot any issues or bottlenecks in the customer experience.

From there, we conducted a competitor analysis and in-depth customer research, and rolled out some FB ad campaigns.

We told her story, co-created a founder video script, and built relationships with new customers.

Basically, instead of interrupting people with “Buy Now” ads…

We led with the brand story, using compelling copy & creative that we derived from direct customer research.
